Blog 4 Lewis Hine

 Lewis Hine's photographs leave me with a more somber feeling than most other artists. Seeing these children, working, laboring for hours a day to just barely survive, until Hine came around, just hurts my heart. I believe there are two sides that would react to these photographs today. One side would be sympathetic and work towards ending the child labor, whereas a secondary side that tries to make it to where the children could earn better pay, and work less would be around. These photos might have the same impact today, but then again may not, as most people tend to just see photographs as either for clout or for fame today.
