Montage Project

 

Title: Lady of the Lake

My Montage Project piece is a picture of a statue, representing the Lady of the Lake, or Nimue from the Arthurian Tales. I wanted to create a sense of both mystery and elegance when creating the image, so I took a picture of one of the more graceful statues I could find and used that to represent Nimue herself, while creating the island that she rises onto out of dirty, old and withering plants.
